MDS Coordinator - Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking an MDS Nurse RN to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.

Some of the MDS Nurse RN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed, and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and residents to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.

Don't forget...

• An active Massachusetts state RN license is required.
• Understanding of the MDS process: coordination, scheduling and completion.
• SNF/long-term care experience.
