Southampton Rehab & Healthcare Center is a 196-bed skilled nursing center that showcases private rooms and offers many accommodations for our patients. A beautiful campus that has recently undergone beautiful renovations. With a new management team and new, increased rates, Southampton is not your traditional nursing facility. We seek to grow our employees' experiences and knowledge which will allow our patients to get well and go home!

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN, or LPN)
- Current/active license for LPN or RN
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
- Prior MDS/RAI experience
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines related to skilled nursing
