Requirements:

• • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN or LPN)
  • MDS Coordinator with PDPM experience
  • Current/active licensure for Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Rhode Island
  • Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
  • Prior MDS/RAI/PDPM experience preferred
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing
  • Primary series of COVID Vaccine (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
