**MDS Director Summary: ** 

As the MDS director, you'll serve as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our center. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines. 

**MDS Director Responsibilities: ** 

Your impactful contributions will include: 

- Coordinating the development and revision of resident Interdisciplinary Care Plans based on RAI/MDS information 

- Collaborating with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to ensure accurate care plan goals 

- Effective communication with various disciplines to facilitatetimely completion and transmission of RAI/MDS

- Active involvement in Quality Improvement initiatives
