As a Chick-fil-A driver you will be the face of our restaurant as you offer timely service, while delivering quality meals. We are currently offering flexible full --time and part-time positions from 7AM to 8PM. You must have a valid driver license and be at least 18 years of age with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. This is not a contract position - you will be a Chick-fil-A team member and will be expected to uphold our standards of presentation, service, and care. The primary role and responsibility of this position is to assist the Delivery Director in the execution and delivery of Chick-fil- A meals as a Delivery Driver. WE ARE LOCATED IN SPRING, TX. Requirements/Responsibilities Delivery Driver Requirements & Responsibilities We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: * Consistency and Reliability * Cheerful and Positive Attitude * Values Teamwork * Loves Serving and Helping Others • Minimum age - 18 years old, • Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License • Must be fully insured • Clean driving record • Reliable communication (must be a smart phone to download delivery app) • Cannot have a License suspension • Drive safe and obey the rules of the road • Help in restaurant when there are no deliveries Applicants must be able to: * Smile * Create and Maintain Eye Contact * Speak Enthusiastically * Make Emotional Connections with Guests The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue meet our guest's expectations outside of the restaurant. Additional Information: Majority use of company vehicle for deliveries however, you may be required to use your vehicle from time to time. You will receive a competitive base hourly pay rate and any tips earned. Tips are not pooled. You may be required to assist with in-store responsibilities.
