Immediate Opening for Mechanics in Detroit!

Entech Staffing is seeking experienced Heavy Mechanics to join our team. Certification is preferred but not required.

Location: Detroit, MI.

Pay/Hours: $22-25/hr.

Starting time would be 7am or 6pm, 1st and 2nd shifts available. working 8-12 hours a day.

Job Description:

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles

• Perform vehicle retrofits and repairs

• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments

• Utilize diagnostic tools to test vehicle components

• Maintain a strong team-centered mentality and upbeat attitude

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Own tools and locking toolbox

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Ability to wear personal protective gear

• Ability to move, bend, walk, crouch, and kneel for extended periods

• Willingness to travel when required

• Valid driver's license

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic

• ASE Certified (preferred)

• Electrical experience to diagnose vehicle components

• CDA/FLASH experience (helpful)

• Experience in A/C repair, brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, powertrain repair, and electrical repair
