ENCHANTED FOREST WATER SAFARI

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of amusement rides, small and large equipment.

Essential Duties:

• Working under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance, performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to mechanical repair and welding.
• Fitting, joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specification and schedule. 
• Maintains all assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and ready condition according to all applicable codes, laws, rules, company policies, and best practices. 
• Works safely and efficiently on all assigned tasks, coordinates with other as necessary to achieve desired results.
 

Requirements  

• Diesel and air brake knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of the proper use, technique, and care of hand and power tools (saws, drills, etc.) required. 
• Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License. 
• Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
• Must be always safety conscious and work in a safe manner. Must use appropriate personal protective equipment, which will be supplied as needed. 
• Must be well groomed, self-disciplined, and willing to comply with uniform guidelines.
• Maintains productive and respectful working relationships.
• Able to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
