Mechanic/Welder/Truck Driver - Alderwood Landscaping

Alderwood Landscaping is seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Mechanic, Welder, and Truck Driver. In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in maintaining, repairing, and welding various heavy equipment, trucks and trailers while also having the responsibility of transporting equipment and materials to and from work sites. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, from performing routine maintenance and inspections to troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and executing welding repairs.

 

As our Mechanic, Welder, and Truck Driver, you will be pivotal in ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and safely and will play a crucial role in our daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, welding techniques, and truck/trailer operations. This role will involve adhering to all relevant safety regulations, as well as maintaining accurate logs and documentation.

 

Primary equipment to be maintained includes Bobcat Excavators and Skid Steers, 14k Dump Trailers and Ford F-350 Flatbed trucks. CDL not required.

Compensation:

$25 - $35/hr, DOE + we offer Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, & 10 days Paid Time Off per year

$1,000 Signing Bonus: Two $250 BONUSES (after 90 days/180 days) and one $500 BONUS at 9 months of employment!
