ePUMPS is looking for an Applications Engineer to join our team in Tulsa, OK!
As an Applications Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and ensuring customer requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner. You will generate proposals for new pumps and motors, as well as quoting pump & motor repair and field service projects.

As an Applications Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and ensuring customer requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner. You will generate proposals for new pumps and motors, as well as quoting pump & motor repair and field service projects.
What You'll Do:
- Field customer phone calls and provide solutions with the use of factory reps or outside sales when necessary
- Prepare professional and timely customer proposals
- Resolve customer issues during the production/repair process
- Prioritize incoming requests from outside sales, customers, and management
- Work directly with shop management to provide quality inspection and assembly solutions for repair
- Attend team meetings to discuss current service levels, team schedule, and specific tasks that need to be completed
- As necessary, provide support to other Application Engineers to sustain customer needs
- Other duties may be assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong technical computer skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Possess strong written and verbal skills including public speaking and presentation
- Demonstrate the ability to implement process improvements
- Fundamental knowledge of rotating equipment and shop repair practices preferred
