Sheet Metal Mechanical Assembler
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler located in Huntsville, AL. This company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling sheet metal components and a strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes.
Pay Rate
$15.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience
Schedules and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Sheet Metal Mechanical Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
• Assemble sheet metal components and structures according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in sheet metal assembly.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assembly equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Sheet Metal Mechanical Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Competency in basic shop math and computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
