Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Milpitas, CA

Duration: 12 Months



Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Building up systems side - experience w/ racks/ cable/ test/ software.
• Hands-off testing: calibration. Hands-on: Mechanical.
• Rack assembly for front-end builds.

Requirements (required skills, experience, qualifications):

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Clean Room experience a must
• Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems
• May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
• Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
• May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.

Nice to Have (preferred skills, experience, qualifications)

• Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, Torque wrenches, cutters, and Allen wrenches)
• DVM
• Cabling
• Car mechanics would be good, I have a few of them on my team now
• This is where you will want to mention the types of tools they should know / experience using
• Any software knowledge
• Past work experience that may assist them in performing this role.

Experience:

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
• BSEE or BSME
