Mechanical BIM Manager – Revit/AutoCAD - 1st St. NW Technical Staffing

Very busy consulting engineering firm has an opening for a Mechanical BIM Manager. Direct-hire position with excellent benefits: ESOP, hybrid schedule (work from home 3 days/week), 401K (company matches 25% of what you put in, up to 15% of your salary), 100% of short-term and long-term disability is paid by employer, and employer pays 75% of health, dental and vision premiums.

Duties:
* Oversee draft/design of mechanical systems (plumbing, HVAC, piping and fire protection)
* Develop BIM standards for the firm
* Oversee Revit and AutoCAD production drawings on a daily basis
* Assist with detailed plans, construction/bid documents and as-built documentation

Requirements:
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
* Experience working as a BIM manager or technician
* Revit and AutoCAD proficiency required
* Ability to multitask
