About the Job
- Mechanical Design Engineer will define product requirements, develop sales proposals, support installation, and avoid operational issues
- Develop and maintain product libraries, engineering guidelines, bills of material, and test results for manufactured and purchased systems
- Answer questions, troubleshoot and resolve problems pertaining to air cleaning systems
- Maintain budgets and manage to budget expectations where applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2-4 years of design/product engineering experience
- SolidWorks or other 3D modeling experience
- Knowledge of Dust Collection/Air Cleaning/Ducting principles and automation/PLC controls
- Ability to travel 10-40%
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
