About the Job
Selectek has an immediate need to hire a Mechanical Designer for a full-time, temp-to-perm position in the southern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.
Job Details
Candidates will design and prepare drawings related to high-voltage switch assembly and parts. This company is looking to grow its engineering department with people who are knowledgeable about preparing bills of material for assemblies and sub-assemblies, executing calculations associated with drawing preparation, and making design changes as identified by the lead engineers.
Required
Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design
1 year or more of mechanical design experience
Proficiency in Solidworks or other 3D CAD design programs
Strong AutoCAD background
Familiar with the fabrication process and the application of designs
Compensation: $20-$27 per hour.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00a 5:00p. Flexible start times are possible once onboarding and orientation are completed.
