Responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer will include:
- Proficient in designing HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse building/facility renovation and new construction projects.
- Write mechanical and plumbing specifications.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with staff electrical engineers.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Mechanical Engineer:
- Desired: Project management experience (not necessary for all applicants).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in liaising with clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Proficiency in CAD drafting.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual
- Strongly desired: Experience with REVIT.
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $110,000 to $130,000.
