They are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components for their range of consumer hair products
This role requires a blend of advanced engineering skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for consumer-focused innovation
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive projects from concept through to production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Experience in the consumer product or hair care industry is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in mechanical design and analysis tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and complex projects.
• 3D Solidworks CAD with best practices for part design, complex assemblies and configurations
• Rapid prototyping and manufacturing (3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting)
• Mass manufacturing methods (injection molding, CNC etc.)
• Experience working directly with industrial designers translating CMF requirements into mechanical design
