About the Job
Mechanical engineer with 10+ years of experience. Must be able to perform complex mechanical calculations, specify equipment, create requisitions, technically analyze vendor quotations, and review vendor data.
Must be able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Engineer must have experience in verifying completeness and quality of work performed.
Engineer must be able to clearly and successfully communicate with others, including Clients.
BS or MS in related field or applicable discipline, typically an engineering degree; or equivalent experience professional registration preferred.
Computer proficiency required, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is important. Capability of establishing project estimates and oversight of project budgets is preferred.
Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate in English.
Willingness to engage in professional associations preferred.
Ability to work effectively in teams.
