Overview:
Xerox company is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Engineer II, Chemical & Materials Engineering to support the greater Yukon, Oklahoma. As a Engineer II, Chemical & Materials Engineering you will be provide process engineering support. Supervise Bargaining Unit industrial workforce personnel including Operations and Maintenance. Troubleshoot assembly robotics and polymer manufacturing equipment, control systems, and processes. Support productivity projects.
What You Will Do:
+ Onsite Position
+ Provide process engineering support to assembly and resin production operations.
+ Participate in the day-to-day plant management activities.
+ Assure production schedule delivery and other plant performance metrics.
+ Lead process improvement/productivity projects.
+ Troubleshoot assembly, robotics and polymer manufacturing equipment, control systems, and processes.
+ Supervise Bargaining Unit industrial workforce personnel.
What You Need to Succeed:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be physically capable to meet all OSHA required medical clearance exams including the ability to wear a respirator.
+ Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs. Experience with PLC, Variable Frequency Drive, SCADA and electro-mechanical applications are preferred.
+ Understanding of robotics, process control methods and equipment.
+ Ability to work in both theoretical and hands-on application environments.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
