Strong mechanical, math, and writing ability.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work and learn independently with minimal supervision.

Capable of mistake-free work in a fast-paced work environment.

Computer skills are required (working with Microsoft Windows-based systems, creating spreadsheets for calculations, entering and reviewing data in databases).

Minimum of high school education in math and science (chemistry, physics, general) is required. Additional technical classes or associates degree an asset.

Demonstrated excellent attendance

Experience operating and maintaining chemical and/or physical testing equipment (microscopes, tensile testing, spectrometers, etc.) is preferred.
