Mechanical/Thermal Engineering Intern - Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company

This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Designs, analyzes, develops, modifies and evaluates materials, mechanical systems, equipment and packaging. Conducts feasibility, design margin and validation analysis and empirical testing on new and modified designs. Leads and/or assists in architecture development and assessment. Evaluates reliability of materials, properties, designs, and techniques used in production.

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 3D CAD software experience
• Creo is a plus - SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Sketchup experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Has interest in building and tinkering with mechanical parts

Education and Experience Required:

High School Degree 3rd Year of University completed--typically a technical degree specialization. Anticipated graduation preferably 2025.

Four-year university students who are working in a technical internship role at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Hourly: $27.50 - $33.25
