About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Medical Surgical **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum experience not specified **License:** Must have an active MD or Compact License at time of submission **Certifications:** Flu Vaccine - Required, No Exemptions **Must-Have:** - Two satisfactory professional references from most recent employers: 1 supervisor/manager and 1 charge RN - Candidates must be comfortable floating within the hospital without restrictions or special requests, as long as it is within their experience scope **Job Description:** - Work in a Med/Surg Unit - Participate in a 24-hour orientation program - Be flexible to float within the hospital's units as needed - Maintain travel compliance documentation; compliance document deadline is 5 days prior to the start date - RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of initial submission and cannot be changed or added once offered; for extensions, once requested, it cannot be altered - RTO should not exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, an additional week will be added to the back end of the contract for new contracts - Most locations and units will allow for one major holiday off during the winter season; refer to individual job postings for specific details per job/unit - Follow return traveler policy; must be away for at least 6 months from the system before returning - Adhere to the return staff policy; all former staff must be away for 12 months before returning as a traveler
