About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Medical / Surgical **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 11.5-Hour Rotating (12 Hour PM-AM or 12 Hour AM-PM) **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of recent equivalent experience **License:** NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) **Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) **Must-Have:** - Chest tubes experience - Experience with tubes, drips such as Diltiazem, Heparin, Lasix, Insulin, or Amiodarone - Proficiency with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients - Experience with tracheostomies and laryngectomies - Telemetry experience - Knowledge in handling complex wounds - Central lines care and maintenance, including blood draws **Job Description:** - Float between all Medical Surgical units as needed - Work within Emergency Department and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit borders - Coverage as a Deceased Patient Coordinator may be required - Preferred candidates will have previous float experience Candidates are expected to adapt to various unit needs and exhibit proficiency in required skills.
