About The Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse, Adult Services Job Specialty: Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Experience: 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (preferred) Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients. - Monitor and assess patient conditions. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and care protocols. - Adhere to safety and infection control standards. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Please note that this position does not require participation in a winter plan.
