About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Medical Surgical **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; travel experience not required **License:** WV or Compact License - pending license acceptable **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH (via American Heart Association) **Must-Have:** - Minimum 2 years of RN experience - Certifications listed on application at the time of submittal - Two Manager or Charge References within the past 2 years **Job Description:** - Work in a 34-bed medical/surgical unit with telemetry - Patient ratios typically range from 1:5-7 - Engage in a range of weekday and weekend shifts, including 3 weekends within a 4-week schedule - Familiarity with Cerner EMR system is advantageous - Completion of orientation which includes 16 non-billable hours, alongside average 8 hours for module completion - Facility requires flu vaccine with medical exemptions only; COVID-19 vaccine not required - Candidates with permanent addresses greater than 100 miles from the facility preferred, with consideration for 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis - Modules and orientation are part of the initial training process and are necessary for compliance - Uniform scrubs not provided Please ensure application is fully compliant and submitted by the stated deadlines to avoid delays.
