About the Job
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized media practice to work on cutting edge content liability and free speech cases, with a focus on digital and emerging media technologies.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of law firm experience or a combination of clerkship and AmLaw 100 law firm experience with litigation, with a preference for candidates with experience in copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and/or defamation. Former law clerks are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a J.D. and be an active member of the New York bar. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and writing skills are required.
