The Media and Marketing Coordinator must be a well-rounded, ambitious, and organized person who is seeking to grow and expand alongside our client.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Media and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for not only administrative tasks for their team but also for keeping up-to-date on social and press events and creating media and PR content for the company. The Media and Marketing Coordinator is a crucial member of the company and helps create positive perceptions of their clients.

Responsibilities of the Media and Marketing Coordinator:

• Perform administrative duties such as faxing, copying, and emailing.
• Proofread and edit releases and media content.
• Track media metrics and social media presence of clients.
• Coordinate and deliver email campaigns.
• Consistently help brainstorm new ideas for awareness.

Qualifications for the Media and Marketing Coordinator:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Advanced research skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and database software.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major like Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, etc. is required.
