Associate of Media Operations plays a key role in both financial and reporting operations for programmatic media campaigns. This includes ensuring accurate invoicing, reconciling billing discrepancies, and managing intercompany adjustments, as well as supporting data accuracy and reporting through the generation of reports and the maintenance of dashboards. The role also involves optimizing reporting processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of programmatic media and the ad tech ecosystem is a plus.

• Assist in billing processes for programmatic media campaigns: Support the accurate and timely invoicing of media campaigns, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies: Work with internal finance partners and agency teams to address and resolve billing issues, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Support intercompany billing adjustments: Collaborate with internal finance business partners to ensure that intercompany billing is accurate and any necessary adjustments are properly documented.
• Generate ad hoc reports and analytics: Provide data and analysis for leadership projects, and assist in reporting and tracking Joint Business Plans with partners to meet internal commitments.
• Support reporting process optimization: Contribute to the optimization of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, driving continuous improvements in operational workflows.
• Support the global reporting team and agency analytics teams: Assist in ensuring data accuracy for reporting dashboards, contributing to reliable reporting practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes: Work with day-to-day teams to verify that all internal processes are followed, ensuring accurate data flow and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with varying agency teams to build and maintain reporting dashboards, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet the needs of the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and organizational skills: Must have attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly convey information.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook: Strong skills in these tools are essential for day-to-day tasks.
• Knowledge of programmatic media buying and ad tech ecosystem: A plus but not mandatory.
• Education: KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree for this role.
