Administrative Coordinator
Job description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for detailed document review for accuracy and completion, providing general administrative, clerical services, and ensuring that operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner. The Administrative Coordinator also performs a variety of specialized administrative and office support functions; creates and maintains specialized files required in connection with department work processes; interacts with personnel and performs all other related duties as assigned. May also provide administrative support with a significant degree of independence and accountability for results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HEAVY document review for accuracy and process compliance.
- Coordinate correction of errors when needed/fix them independently.
- Coordinate numerous mobile runs of our medical teams to include chart prep and patient contact.
- Performs a variety of routine administrative assignments as appropriate to the position; email and phone communication, enter data, create labels/folders, reports, archiving, and/or other materials.
- Performs related duties as required.
- Perform additional special/temporary or permanent duties that may be assigned at a later date.

- Must have reliable transportation.

- A High School diploma or the equivalent and two years of office or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time Monday- Friday day shift
Salary: $17-$19 DOE
Expected hours: 40 per week
