Medical Administrator at Nagler Group

Our client, a Mental Health Clinic is seeking a personable and organized Medical Administrator to join our team in Braintree, MA. As the front desk representative, you will play a vital role in patient interaction, including answering phones, greeting patients, managing records requests, and more. Their team is highly collaborative, offering a lot of help and support to ensure success in this role.

Permanent 
Braintree, Massachusetts (Northshore location considered as an alternative)

Highlights:

• $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
• 100% Onsite, Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Unlimited PTO, 4% 401(k) match

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle a busy environment with little downtime
• Experience in childcare or similar roles is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient scheduling, including initial intake, recurring appointments, and filling open slots with new patients
• Serve as the communication liaison between patients and providers
• Manage record requests, intake forms, and other patient-related communications
• De-escalate and resolve patient conflicts
• Perform general office duties (e.g., copying, filing, faxing, sorting mail, greeting visitors)
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
