Medical Affairs Legal Coordinator
Hybrid – onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Cumberland, RI
Pay rate: $25/hr W2

Medical Affairs Legal Coordinator Position Summary:
The Legal Coordinator has primary responsibility for the non-clinical aspects of physician operations administered by MinuteClinic. In this role you will be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team charged with ensuring that the evolving administrative physician operations which support MinuteClinic and Health comply with internal and external regulations, standards, and practices.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the review of physician contracts in identifying key elements.
Manage and document contract key elements
Assist in the preparation of documentation for amendments
Assist with special projects and other departmental duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts/legal documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
The ability to focus on details in a dynamic ever evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Legal Assistant/Paralegal training strongly preferred
3+ years of experience working in a legal environment.
Easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Project management experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
