About the Job
Providing multilayered support to adults age 19 and older who have complex health conditions, physicians, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and dietitians work together to care for patients' whole health.

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Medical Assistant Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Prefer those with national certification examination (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, AMT).
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
- Prefer those with patient care experience.
- Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability and desire to work independently as well as in collaboration with other multi-disciplinary team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have reliable and predictable attendance
Pay Range:
$20.76 - $29.06

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
