Medical Assistant/CNA/Scribe SNF - CFP PHYSICIANS GROUP, P.L.

Job description

In this position, you will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. This is a limited travel position, limited to the Central Florida area Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Responsibilities

Document basic medical history accurately

Organize and schedule appointments as needed

Management of patient census 

Assist during medical examinations

Complete and process necessary patient paperwork in a timely manner

Point of contact for facilities for care team

Chronic Care Management

Skills

· Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work

· Social perceptiveness and service oriented

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

· EMR Experience

· ALF/SNF experience a plus

Qualifications

· CMA or RMA licensing preferred

· Candidate must have a reliable method of transportation

· Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
