Position Summary: We’re seeking a skilled Medical Assistant with experience in medical practice—endocrinology experience is a plus. Join our growing Lake Mary team of one endocrinologist and two mid-level providers to help deliver top-notch, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Preparation: Welcome patients, record vitals, medical history, and prepare for examinations.
• Clinical Support: Assist the endocrinologist with procedures, blood draws, and keep exam rooms clean and organized.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Patient Education: Provide information and educational materials on treatment plans.
• Coordination & Communication: Schedule appointments, coordinate care, and communicate with patients.
• Lab Assistance & Inventory: Perform lab tasks, prepare specimens, and manage medical supplies.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a medical office; endocrinology experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong EMR proficiency, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual: Spanish proficiency is a plus.
