o Security requirements - none
o Fee Collection Traditional plan (95% of all Tyson) pay $0 for these services. $30 on the HDHP but we have only seen around 13 of these visits in 3 years so more than likely there will be 0 fee collection.
o Onsite Dispensing N/A

Job Responsibilities:
Will accept MA, LVN/LPN, or RN to cover as Practice Support Specialist
Schedule, confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals
Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff
Compile record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
Some experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
Check patients in and out
Collect co-pays
A problem-solving mentality for prioritizing tasks and addressing patient issues that may arise
Excellent customer service skills (receptionist experience highly preferred)
Required Skills:
CPR or BlS highly preferred with Client approval can start pending.
Experience Required:
< 2 Years
