Medical Assistant for in home assessments at Focus Care Inc

This position offers the unique fulfillment of local travel and the opportunity of face-to-face interactions with members directly in the comfort of their home.You'll play a vital role in completing HEDIS Measures and setting up comprehensive assessments such as Annual Wellness & Quality Gap Care visits for our members in their homes.*Location:*We are hiring in the state of Maine. The applicants must be local and have reliable transportation.*Schedule:** 40 hours of availability, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm* Seeing between 6-8 patients per day.* Independent Contractor*Compensation:** 1099 Contractor* $25 - $30 per hour*What You'll Do:** Perform complex patient-oriented testing procedures.* Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.* Deliver a warm, caring experience for our members.* Maintain high member satisfaction and efficient communication.*Requirements:** 75 Mile travel radius* Experience with Optical Screenings* Licensed CNA with at least 1 Year of experience* Active LPN/LVN License with at least 1 Year of experience* You are proficient in telemedicine tools and comfortable in an in-home setting.* Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers or CPR/AED is required.* Experience in Internal Medicine, or Family Practice is preferred.#lpJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourSchedule:* Monday to Friday* No weekends* Weekends as neededApplication Question(s):* What is your personal email address?Experience:* HEDIS: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
