Medical Assistant II’s Responsibilities
- Perform routine care responsibilities such as taking vital signs, patient histories and chief compliant.
- Assist Provider with testing and patient education
- Review patients’ medications list and identify any medications that require attention before the procedure.
Medical Assistant II’s Qualifications
- Certification from an Accredited Medical Assistant Program is required.
- Three (3) years of experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Ability to speak in Spanish is highly preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in a specialty clinic is highly preferred; experience in cardiology is a strong plus.
- Experience with Epic EMR Program preferred.

- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends!
