Job Description

$3,500 Sign On Bonus! (3,400 paid out within 30 days of start and $100 at 24 months of employment)

Clinical Support - CNA, CMA, EMT or LPN - Lake Mills Clinic

8 FTE / 32 Hours per week; Day Shift

The Clinical Support person is a customer and patient service-oriented team player who is responsible for supporting the clinics by providing a variety of services for preparing and maintaining patient records, preparing patients for physician, other providers or nurses, interacting maintaining optimal patient flow and assists with patient care as directed.
