Corewell Health Primary Care, located in our Integrated Care Campus at 2750 E Beltline Ave NE, is the largest primary care office for Corewell Health West. We are a large office dedicated to teamwork and promoting a culture of working to the top of your scope to provide the best care possible to our patients.
About Outpatient Clinics
Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Scope of work
Provides daily support with problem solving and resource allocation, clarifying root causes and driving cross functional problem solving in the team as a whole. Responsible for cost-effective utilization of employees and other resources while maintaining high standards of quality, service and satisfaction. Oversees and leads activities of non-licensed clinical staff.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a competency based orientation program
- 5 years of relevant experience working in a physician practice or healthcare setting required
- Experience working as a Medical Assistant, Paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), required
- Experience using EPIC required
- One of the following licenses/certifications required upon hire:
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (CMA) - AAMA American Association of Medical Assistants
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (CCMA) - NHA National Health Career Association
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (NCMA) - NCCT National Center for Competency Testing
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (NRCMA) - NAHP National Association for Health Professionals
- CRT-Medical Assistant, Registered (RMA) - AMT American Medical Technologists
- LIC-Paramedic License - State of Michigan
- LIC-License Practical Nursing (LPN) - State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association, or, ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
