Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) - HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare

Minimum Requirements:

• Facility Requirement:
  • Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile: resume, medefis portal and all onboarding documentation must have permanent address listed).
• Experience:
  • Minimum two years' experience required as Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Traveler must have ambulatory or clinic experience including rooming patients.
  • Epic experience highly preferred.
  • Prior traveler experience highly preferred.
• Licensure and Certification:
  • Certified as CMA, RMA, CCMA, or LPN.
  • BLS – must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or
  • In lieu of the above requirements, two (2) years of recent Medical Assistant experience and current CMA, RMA or CCMA certification.
• References:
  • Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years).
• Floating
  • Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler's assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
