MUST:
Experienced Medical Assistant - Pediatrics
Must have Medical Assistant Diploma, RMA or CMA
1+ years of Medical Assistant Experience
Must have experience with childhood immunizations and vaccines
Must be comfortable working with pediatric patients
DUTIES:
Medical Assistant - Pediatrics will be responsible for and not limited to the following:
Triaging patients
Administering immunization
Prepare medical records
Provide clinical help
Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions
Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal information
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
