Medical Assistant with GXMO Certification
We are looking for a full-time Medical Assistant with GXMO Certification that has the ability to multitask and able to handle a fast paced, but fun work environment
This position will require travel to our clinics in the Cincinnati area as needed.
Performs all radiographic exams and is responsible for all film quality
Assists the doctor by collecting pertinent patient information
Performs selected treatments, diagnostic procedures, and various xrays
Assisting physicians with minor in-office medical procedures
Scheduling testing procedures such as MRI's
Communicating patient needs with physicians
Direct patient care
Completing forms/referrals/recerts and updating charts
Maintains radiation safety per departmental policy
Keeps all x-ray equipment and supplies clean, maintained and stocked.
Application of splints, braces and wound dressings in correct manner.
Assist physician with exams/procedures.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
GXMO Certification - Preferred but not required: If the candidate does not have GXMO Certification, the pay range will be $17.00 to $18.00
Ability to travel to all locations in the Cincinnati area
High School or GED equivalent
