Major/Essential Functions
- This position’s primary focus is on the review and resolution of insurance and/or patient credits in the billing system, which may involve posting or billing corrections, movement of credits within account(s), notification to payors for recoup processing, or refund to appropriate party.
- Work or assist in the resolution of credit balances by working insurance carrier and/or patient refunds.
- This position requires a self-motivated individual that is a quick learner.
This Is a Remote Worker Position.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Additional experience in a clinic or physician's office preferred.
