Description:
This is a specialized role within the call center. They will be on a small team that monitors call levels and makes adjustments so that service levels remain where they need to be. They will also generate reporting to send out to Managers so they can assist agents with their numbers.

- They must be organized and able to multitask - there are multiple call queues that need to be watched and allocated to at any given time, and different skillsets/training that dictate what agents are able to take what calls
- Must be comfortable in Excel - basic use is required and they must be able to edit already created spreadsheets without messing them up
