Responsibilities:

• Process and review medical bills and insurance claims.
• Assign appropriate medical codes and ensure claims are submitted correctly.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve issues.
• Assist patients with billing questions and payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate billing records and stay updated on regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in medical billing or coding 
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and billing software.
