Job Description
Seeking customer-focused, bilingual professionals for a remote Tier 1 Healthcare Contact Center role. Representatives will support patients with appointment scheduling, medication refills, transportation coordination, and general inquiries, delivering exceptional service in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with scheduling, medication refills, and transportation logistics.
- Respond to inquiries on appointment details and center locations (approx. 30% of call volume).
- Participate in the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), focusing on patient acquisition and retention.
- Document interactions in EMR systems (Elation and CarEM) with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a contact center; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage call quality and volume.
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Technical Requirements: Candidates should ideally have their own laptop, wired headset, and wired internet connection for expedited onboarding.
