Sanitas Medical Center is hiring a Full-Time Medical Center Manager for our Orlando - Osceola facility in Kissimmee, FL. This role is essential for the successful management and operation of medical practices, ensuring high-quality patient care while meeting financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility performance and staff engagement.
- Monitor patient service quality and staff compliance with standards.
- Lead daily huddles with clinical and operational staff.
- Ensure appropriate staffing and manage schedules and PTO.
- Facilitate patient experience initiatives to achieve NPS goals.
- Address patient complaints and develop reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with medical directors to ensure appointment availability.
- Ensure operational processes are followed and provide training.
- Manage human resources, including staffing and employee recognition.
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Generate and analyze reports to guarantee satisfaction for patients and staff.
- Support the implementation of new products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Internet).
- Strong customer service skills and training.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Physical Demands: Regular physical activity is required, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, along with visual acuity for various tasks.
