Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to join their team and provide exceptional leadership across multiple clinical centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, ensuring best-in-class clinical service delivery.
- Oversee the onboarding, mentoring, and development of clinicians to maintain consistency in care.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
- Monitor clinical metrics and outcomes to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards.
- Serve as a liaison between medical staff and leadership, supporting clinical and operational strategies.
- Handle administrative duties such as clinician scheduling, performance evaluations, and operational planning.
- Act as a key point of contact for patient and employer communication, ensuring timely follow-up on treatment plans.

Work Environment:
- 100% outpatient care in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Employee Health settings.
- Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends required.

Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
- Unrestricted medical and DEA licenses in California.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Preferred experience in managed care and physician management.
- DOT Preferred but not required
