Seeking caring and motivated Full Time Medical Director Post –Acute and Long Term Care. Responsible for the coordination of medical care and the implementation of resident care policies in Heritage Manor Nursing Home,Southgate and Windmere in conjunction with Medical Director Senior Living Services. Services as the attending physician for a specific patient caseload. Provides leadership and works collaboratively with the medical staff of Heritage Manor, Southgate, and Windmere. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time. Provides on-call coverage on evenings, weekends and holidays per a predetermined shared schedule.
LICENSES: A current, unencumbered license to practice medicine by the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners.
EDUCATION: Doctorate of Allopathic Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.); Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Five plus years of direct clinical patient care experience in the post-acute and long term care setting; previous experience as Medical Director strongly preferred.
Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
