MEDICAL DIRECTOR - WOMENS PRIMARY CARE - Greater New Bedford Community Health Center

Full-Time – Flexible Schedule – No Hospital Rounds or Call

Clinic Hours: Weekdays 7:...Required Education:

Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience

Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Physician License (MD/DO)

Active DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration

Board Certification/Board Eligible in: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Gynecology (with an interest in Primary Care)

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Other Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Interest or experience in community and public health preferred

Prior leadership experience preferred

Comfortable with supporting LGBTQIA+ population as well as individuals with substance use disorders

Commitment and interest in working with multi-cultural and impoverished populations

Experience providing medication assisted treatment (MAT)

Primary or secondary language skills in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)

Strong eMR systems experience
