Medical Education Program Coordinator I - Maine Health

The Medical Education Program Coordinator I role is responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative components of one or several finite Medical Education programs. This role partners with their respective physician director(s) and works closely with Medical Education leadership and teams to ensure smooth and effective administration and support of assigned programs.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Associate's Degree plus a minimum of one year of relevant administrative work or comparable relevant work experience in an administrative position, preferably in an education or health care setting required.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Experience in a customer service-oriented role coordinating and facilitating initiatives/activities in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders required.
